Kim Kardashian biztosan kíváncsi lenne Chontel Duncan fitt trükkjeire, hiszen amíg a popókirálynő jó néhány pluszkilót felszedett a terhessége alatt, az ausztrál lánynak kismamaként is bomba alakja van! Chontel fitneszedzőként dolgozik, szóval mindig is sokat sportolt, de a pocakja sem akadályozza meg abban, hogy továbbra is eddzen.

Instagramon (ahol egyébként majdnem 200 ezren követik) folyamatosan posztol képeket hasa növekedéséről, bár még januárban, 28 hetes terhesen is alig volt pocakja, sőt tisztán látszódtak a kockás izmai! Most, 36 hetesen, kevesebb mint 1 hónappal a szülés előtt is hasonló a helyzet, ami miatt sokan támadják, mert szerintük túlzásba viszi a diétázást és edzést, amivel a babát veszélyezteti.

BUMP UPDATE? (5kg) “28 weeks — 12 weeks to go” Let me firstly start by saying I’m absolutely LOVING this pregnancy ?? My nutrition over Christmas & in Fifji really slacked off and BOY did I feel it, did Little D feel it & my training feel it ? Food is SO important to me, I need variety, it to be fresh, full of flavour, colourful & it needs to fuel my crazy lifestyle of 16-18 hour days & training 6-7 classes a week. Since jumping back into healthier meals, healthier snacks & more water, I am feeling much better. But most importantly I am fuelling Little D correctly and nothing feels better then knowing that. I have my glucose testing today so I fasted last night for 10hours ? Why is it when you know you can’t eat that you want to eat even more? Lol the test takes 2hrs & then i am off to get my whooping cough injection. Apparently having it at 28 weeks provides a little bit of coverage for baby. BONUS! My husband had swollen feet an ankles earlier in the week lol I swear he’s taking one for the team with having all of my pregnancy symptoms ??? So far I have continued to keep working, I know it might not sound like much but my hrs are 4:30am-8pm Mon-Fri & 5hrs on a Sat & I have continued to keep up my training. I know it’s bound to get more difficult & my body will slow down… I’m just wondering when this will all kick in? We bought a puppy PJ & have been in a strict routine to have him ready for Little D’s arrival. When he bites we yell “no” or “ouch” pretty loud so he gets shocked then cease playing immediately. No rough play using our hands, feet or heads, we only use a toy for rough play. It’s just because I have to be able to trust that he can be around my baby if say my baby is laying on the floor etc… It’s tricky because we are also getting him use to being at our gym with large crowds so I’m doing my best to monitor his behaviour with everyone. I did my first SHOPPING for Little D ? had my first overwhelming moment too… Walked into baby bunting and the place was HUGE, had soooo much stuff in there which I had very little to no idea about. I even said to my husband “why did we fall pregnant if we can’t even do the shopping?” CLICK MY LINK

BUMP UPDATE ? 36 weeks… only 28 days to go ? Boy do I feel pregnant, this tummy is massive, heavy, makes sitting up so difficult, rolling over in bed a funny task, trying my sneakers hard work & my back has its moments where it throbs. It’s exciting because these are all NEW signs & signs that mean Little D is almost here. I’m interested to know where my waters will break hahaha… (If they do) Imagine if they broke this weekend at the hens in the valley or next weekend at my challenge break up party in the city OR while training in front of my clients hehehe… would be hilarious!!!! As of next week I have been instructed to commence some useful techniques to help bring on labour; 1) have sex daily ? most hilarious convo 2) stimulate my nipples every time I use the bathroom ? 3) increase my raspberry leaf tablets to 6 per day ? Predictions are that I’ll labour around 4hrs & push for 30mins… fingers crossed these predictions are correct, that just sounds like a dream come true!!! But we will just have to wait & see… Drugs… I plan to go gas if needed, defiantly no pethidine & epidural would be considered as an absolute last resort. I want to use the shower, exercise ball, stand as much as possible & play my music to help calm any nerves of needed. I’ve been doing collaborative care, which is private for all of my appointments & public for delivery, then private for all post natal appointments. The public system can (if I have a completely normal delivery) send me home within 6hrs of birth ? isn’t that crazy to think… I could labour for 4hrs, rest for 6hrs and be at home all within 10hrs of my first active labour contraction. Watched USA “one born every min”, made my husband & I get so excited.
